Jacqueline Jolly is a Senior Mediator with Common Ground Divorce Specialists and has become the mediator of choice for many of our clients. As a child of divorced parents and the wife of a previously divorced husband, Jacqueline has experienced first hand the importance of the family focused approach to divorce mediation.

With an extensive background in the field of Human Resources, Jacqueline has worked as a Benefits Specialists with Special Olympics International in Washington DC and Wasatch Employee Benefits and as Human Resource Manager for Skaggs Companies in Salt Lake City. Her experience in these fields has made her an expert in mediating issues around 401(k)’s, pension plans and other retirement and benefit related issues.

Jacqueline has additional experience in the fields of real estate and management. She has more than 20 years of practical experience in mediating win-win solutions for her clients, employees and customers.

Jacqueline received training from Utah Dispute Resolution and is certified in Basic and Domestic Mediation, and has successfully mediated hundreds of divorces in the State of Utah. Her no nonsense approach, attention to detail and world class people skills gives her clients extra confidence in their ability to make it through this sometimes difficult process.

Her passionate commitment to serving others is apparent in everything she does. Whether it is with her mediating clients, her co-workers, family or friends, Jacqueline understands how to bring people together.

Ray Harding - Former Judge and Mediator
Ray Harding earned his law degree from BYU in 1978 and successfully practiced law in Utah for 17 years before being appointed and working as a district court judge for 7 years and has since been mediating cases.

Having served as a judge, Ray had the opportunity to make decisions on most types of legal issues. This experience, together with his previous law practice makes Ray an excellent choice to assist you in resolving your dispute.

Ray has extensive knowledge of the law and mediates for all legal disputes, including divorce and family, construction and lien, accidents and personal injury, landlord/tenant, debtor/creditor, real estate, contracts, employment, banking and business and wills, trusts and estates.
